For a fixed fee of £59.00 per month you will receive the following services which will provide you with peace of mind that your property is in safe hands:

  • Rent collection and pursuit of late rental payments

  • Organisation of suitable contractors to carry out maintenance and repairs
  • Payment of property related outgoings from rents received
  • Regular property visits and reports
  • Handling of all tenant/property related matters
  • Review of rental value and renewal of tenancies
  • Tenant check-out and deposit release

  • Assess rental value and letting readiness
  • Advise on legal and safety requirements
  • Advertise the property on Rightmove
  • Accompany all prospective tenants on property viewings
  • Tenant selection, introduction and referencing
  • Prepare a tenancy agreement
  • Tenant check-in
  • Lodge the deposit with Deposit Protection Scheme
  • Notify utility companies
