Maylark has an extensive range of suppliers including electricians, plumbers, inventory clerks, professional cleaners and general property maintenance services who can help landlords to prepare a property for letting and carry out maintenance and repairs including emergency call-outs, throughout the period of the tenancy.  No administrative charges are added onto suppliers' invoices ensuring that you only pay for the service received.

Maylark's low cost base allows it to be extremely competitive compared to other agents.  The charges are based on a flat fee irrelevant of the size of the property or rent charged, allowing landlords to receive a larger percentage of the rental income.
